Returns
- You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return an item.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns.
- Personalized or customized products are non-returnable unless faulty.
- Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

- Downloadable software products
- Health and personal care items
- Books
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
- There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item sent).
Exchanges
- If you need to exchange an item for a different size or product, please contact us at sales@webb-ellis.co.uk to arrange an exchange.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our customer service team at sales@webb-ellis.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide instructions on how to return the item.
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method.
